In-Store Return, Refund and Exchange Policy: Vape Affliction takes great pride in providing our customers with outstanding service. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we want to help.
Due to the nature of the items we sell, in general as (regulated products), and for health and safety reasons, all sales are final. However, at managements sole discretion, we may offer to replace or exchange the item for the same or similar item at equal or lesser value or offer a full or partial refund in the form of store credit. Some restrictions apply. See below:
For hardware purchases other than batteries, returns or exchanges may occur within 14 days of the original purchase. The hardware items must be inspected and determined to be a manufacturer defect for a return, or exchanges. The manufacturer warranty does not cover damage caused from mishandling or misuse of the product.
For e-liquid purchases, all sales are final.
For Battery and Drip Tip purchases all sales are final.
