Vape Affliction has updated our checkout process to require age verification for all domestic retail United States customers. This age verification is done by AgeChecker.Net and is required to ensure that only customers of legal age are allowed to purchase e liquid and vaping supplies.

What information is required?

For most customers, we only require your date of birth, name, and address. If we cannot verify your age automatically, we will need a picture of your photo ID. Note that we are often able to get this information from the checkout form you filled out. In this case, you will only have to input your date of birth manually.

How do I upload my photo ID?

To make it as easy as possible, we have three options for sending us a photo ID:

  • Take a picture using your webcam directly from our popup.
  • Upload a picture directly from our popup.
  • Enter your mobile phone number and use your phone's camera to complete the process.

How is my information secured?

Your privacy and security is very important to us. All information is sent over a secure connection and is stored on a server only accessible through our private network. We will store your DOB, name, and address so that we can verify you without photo ID if you order again. Photo IDs are not stored, they are removed from memory as soon as you are verified.

How long does verification take?

We can verify about US 90% of customers instantly using basic personal information. If you cannot be verified automatically, you must submit a picture of your photo ID to be manually verified. This process is easy and takes place within our popup. Once submitted, it will take about a minute to verify you, depending on the number of requests in our queue. (We average 15 seconds!) You may cover other sensitive information, just make sure that we can clearly see your date of birth, name, address, and enough of the ID to verify that it is real.

Do I have to get verified every time I order?

Once you are verified you will be able to enter your DOB, name, and address to skip the extended verification process on any website using AgeChecker.Net.

What if I don't live in the US?

International customers still have to submit their information for our records, however you will never be asked for a photo ID if you are ordering from outside the US. If we determine that you are in the US but shipping internationally, you will have to be verified via photo ID.
